Here's a link to Bike Sport Michigan's website.  There are several pics showing good fits with some explanations.

I don't have any great pictures, but here are a couple that I have.  Unfortunately both are just before/after a turnaround so I'm not fully settled back into position but are fairly close.

The older picture (blue top, long sleeves and leg warmers) has a little less drop (1cm I think), the saddle is a little further back and the aerobars are a little shorter.  The other picture is what I currently ride and is relatively comfortable for the bike leg of the OD.

The bike is a 57cm.

Height shouldn't matter.  I do not fit someone different who is 6'-5" versus someone who is 5'-0".  Of course that is assuming they have the proper sized bike ..........

Yes, height obviously makes a difference in how much of an affect aerodynamic drag has on someone.  Taller people are simply bigger than shorter ones.  But that doesn't affect the positioning.

I'm 6'-1".  Here is the best race shots I have of my position - one from 3/4 and one from front on a 58cm frame.  I also tend to be a little bit more aggressive in my positioning and would get lower if my bars allowed it:

When the majority of the field can catch me on the bike or run, I'll lose the watch.

Trying to pick a bike size based on height is tough.  I am 6'7" and ride a 61cm frame.  My LBS said I would need from 58cm and up depending on my flexibility.  I probably need a little bit bigger frame but 61cm is the biggest you can really find in tribikes.  My road bike was 64cm before I sold it.  Regardless of size pics of you vs a 5'0" person should look identical.

Height is only one part of the equation in bike sizing.  I'm 6'4" and ride a 58 cm as all of the height is in my legs and I needed the smaller frame to get the right reach.  My seatpost is really high to deal with my leg length though and the spacer police are going to come and get me if I don't get rid of a spacer or two.

Haha Frick, you guys are all giants.

I'm 6'1 and ride a 56 at the moment.  I have a long inseam (33') and therefore not much torso so I am thankful for the smaller frame size.  I'm flexible enough to ride at an 'illegal' seat angle (well for any of the Grand Tours at least Smile) and its worked out perfectly.  The only thing I regret is having one 5mm spacer!

That website showing the different aero positions is a great indicator of correct position.  I'm sure you'll hear this a million times, but getting fit at a FIST certified fitter is the best way to dial in your position for comfort and speed!

Insert "by a professional or experienced fitter" where I scratched out the line ........ there is no reason you need to find a FIST person.  Doesn't mean they are the best or only option for fitting.  Just means the people went to a program to learn that specific way.  Of course it is not a bad option, just not the only one ........

Ben,

Colting has a reasonable position and is about 6-3... scroll through these...

 http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&q=jonas+colting&btnG=Search+Images&gbv=2

With position, remember that you need to figure out what is optimal for you, not others.  The best position (for all distances) is the one that enables superior control/relaxation (#1); generates the greatest power (#2); then aero (last).  That applies all the way up to Cat 1/Elite -- comfort/power are even more important when running off the bike -- look at Greg Bennett's position for an example of this point.  He's putting out 365w for 40K then running extremely fast.

Hope this helps,

gordo

I thought you were the one catching them after the swim
