WaterDog invited me out this morning for an OWS with his group, and I really appreciate the invite and hand-holding in the ocean!  Great experience for my first tri in a few weeks, as i am getting more and more comfortable in the ocean past the breakers.

This really is a fantastic community, and this morning just solidified that.  Thanks Tim!!

X2. If only he would up his running volume, he might turn out to be a decent runner.

Tim is the VERY FINEST piglet on this whole Earth. So glad you were able to hook up with him and get some help.

I have had a huge schoolgirl crush on him since ... well ... I don't remember what life was like before that. Oh, and I'm not actually a schoolgirl anymore.

I just wish he wasn't so arrogant and uptight ... all he ever does is talk about himself .......

But his stunning looks and tight-bodied athleticism make up for all that. I mean, they do with you ...

Yeah, I have been told that my problem is that my shoes are not red. 'Cause "Red Shoes are Faster and Naked is more fun"

I will quit slacking off after the first of the year and get into some really sick mileage. Gotta be ready for Tri Season

Hey, I asked him for help with my swim and he told me to run more.

Hey, I was hoping you could be my swim buddy at one of the IMAZ practice swims in November

And I promise not to swim in my running shoes...

But that doesn't mean you can't dress up in a catholic school girl uniform with pigtails, right?? Surprised

Hey, glad you could join us this morning

We usually hit the E-Street Cafe afterward for coffee and a quick shot of nutrition if your interested.  Also hit the Coyote Website as there are workouts going on just about every day someplace. Make sure JC gets you on the mailing list.

Love the coffee at E Street ... I just don't have the 47 minutes it takes for them to pour a cup

Wednesday night rides should work great for me, so will some Saturday long rides.  Looking forward to it!
