Subject: RE: Tour de Donut OHIOThanks for the donut information! Of course when one trains for a marathon one doesn't just do training runs of 26.2 miles over and over. So I'm going to stick to variety plan I've been following. 10 Jelly Donuts Monday Morning, 40 Donut holes Tuesdays, two dozen Krispy Creme Wednesdays, Glazed Fartleks on Thursdays, and of course the coffee-donut brick at the Dunkin Donuts on Friday.Saturday is cross training so I do cinnamon rolls, pecan swirls, cupcakes, etc. And of course the all you can eat donut endurance training at the after church special on Sundays.
