Subject: Problem I NEVER thought I'd ever haveOkay last week I was getting a little burned out, this week I am totally stoked for my last race of the season Sept 13 W/burg sprint. My times are great (for me ) My workouts have been outstanding this week, everything is jelling just right. Heres the problem All season long I have been training for this to be my last race of the year. Well know I don't want it to be. I had planned on beginning my off season training, Keep my base work on some light weights, some Yoga and increase my run for next years Oly. Am I crazy to want to do one or maybe two more this year? I can do a race in October ( Midlothian ) with my wife as a relay (Me S/R her B ), I could do it by myself. Of course I could just be a volunteer for this one. And there is a 5k run in Va Beach in November. I don't think this will hurt my training for next year, but I don't want to do so much that I get completley burned out.
