Stretch, stretch, stretch. Also, may want to sub out for fast walking until pain goes away?
I had some piriformis issues that cleared up with regular stretching (every night ), a few chiropractor visits and a relaxation device (akin to the foam roller for IT band ).
Hang in there! Much better to rehab and stretch now than to get a serious injury. Be patient with yourself. |
