Subject: Bike Training and Time ConstraintsHi,
I'm a uni student and exams are getting quite close. I want to utilise my time the most effectively and I want to cut down a bit on cycling because it takes up lots of time and makes me quite tired so I don't feel like studying lol.
So...
Would 3x rides of:
30km hills
40km flats
50km flats
Be enough a week to sorta maintain a good level of fitness for like 3-4 weeks.
