Subject: RE: shaking problem after exercise -help!I would have to agree with the assumption of blood sugar being low and/or maybe not enough hydration prior to the event. I haven't had it happen often, but there have been a few times where I'm slightly light headed and get shaky, and I right then I know I need some food. It happens more often when I'm not well hydrated and maybe ate really light the day before or haven't had anything substantial that day as well. If he's doing sustained workouts longer than an hour (1.5+) he ought to be taking in some sort of nutrition during the training itself. I'm not a nutritionist or doc though...but from all I've read and what works for me...just my two cents. |
