Subject: Used Tri Bike Sizing

So I'm looking at getting my first tri bike and am wondering how I know what size to buy when looking at used bikes (I'm 6'2".  There's a 2006 Fuji Aloha 1.0 56cm advertised locally that I'm thinking I may look at but how do I know if it's the right size.  My LBS said a Cervelo 56 or 58 would probably be the right size for my height but that was just a ballpark estimate. 

Please help.

I am 6'1-1/2, and my teacher/ experienced triathlete reccomended a 58-59. But it all depends on frame size, legs, and all those other crazy measurements.....but remember that it is always the same price for a bigger size. As long as you get a bike fit, you should not have an trouble knowing if the bike is right for you.
