Subject: Comcast or Knology in Augusta
We are getting ready to move next week and we currently use Comcast for cable and internet.  Does anyone have any experience with Knology in the Augusta area?  I will experience internet outage very rarely but the Comcast DVRs suck and I hate the remotes.  Thanks.

Hi,

I have never lived in one of their service areas, but my sister had Knology's service in Charleston for several years.  I remember being impressed with it during a visit but that was about 7 or 8 years ago (she liked it too).   I am in the telecom field and I have generally heard favorable comments about them for the most part.
