Chipotle Duck Recipie?

A friend of mine recently returned from a duck hunting trip in Alaska, and i have found myself with 3 gutted, half-plucked ducks in my refrigorator. I've got no idea how to cook 'em... but thought the idea of a chipotle seasoned duck sounded pretty good to me.

Any ideas on how to prepare these suckers?
