I was in New York City since Wednesday last week until last night- Pizza, Indian Buffet, Deli's, Brunch, Gelato... and not a single workout.
Can't wait until tomorrow morning.
I find I need healthy fats earlier in the day to keep from binging on high calorie items at night. If I don't eat some nuts or avocados or SOMEthing during the day- in other words, if my diet is TOO good during the day- I'll eat mixed nuts by the ton or PB&J or Guacamole OR ALL 3 as a 4th meal. |
