Subject: Spoke Wrench... which one?
So in my neverending quest to tinker with my bike (and, since my front wheel is so out of whack) I've decided to give trueing my wheel myself a shot.  Now the question is... which friggin' size wrench do I need? The wheels I'm looking at working on are Shimano R500's.

How the heck do I know what the measurement of the nipple is?

Thanks Guys in advance!

If I'm not mistaken, you will need to get the Shimano-specific spoke wrench by Park Tools.  I have Shimano (RS-20's) wheels, too...and the normal sized spoke wrenches did not fit (all too small).  Certain wheel manufacturers require specific spoke wrenches...Shimano and Mavic, both do.

hey thanks! that's exactly what I was looking for.

I figured it would be something proprietary being that it was from shimano haha.
