What do you think about this tire? Worth the $$ or not?

I don't swap out tires for races and training. I just ride what I've got until it needs to be replaced.

Yay, or nay?

I just want a tire that will last a while, one that I can use for training/racing, and one that won't flatten so easily.

Thanks.

I don't have a ton of experience with many different tires, but I have trained and raced with my Krylions for a little over 1000 miles. I don't want to say never a fl@t yet because I don't want to jinx myself, but knock on wood, they have been sturdy. To me, I don't notice the difference in rolling resistance from the tires that were on there before. They are so much cheaper than GP4000 and I think the resistance is less than that of Gatorskin, but don't quote me.

I have these and I love them. I have gotten just over 3000 miles on a set with no issues.
