Subject: Healthy AlternativesI love food. Every kind of food. Fancy food, bar food, fast food, junk food, you name it, I'd eat it, and enjoy it. I played baseball through college and when that ended so did my metabolism. I went from a strong, healthy 175 lb to a very bad 215 lb in a short time. This year I decide to make some lifestysle decisions and get back in shape. Baseball is out but who's healthier than triathletes? So here I am, 165 lb and feel better than ever. I still love food but have dedicated a lot of time learning ways to make what I eat healthy AND delicious. Long story short (kinda ) I was curious what you all did to eat well and not go crazy. I have some ideas of my own but would love to see this post grow into a good discusion. Thanks. |
