Anyone doing Make-A-Wish in Bethany Beach?

Yup!  Although I screwed up the race listing and put MD for the state instead of DE.

Did it last year in place of the cancelled Annapolis Tri and will be back again this year to do it again.  I'm looking forward to actually doing an ocean swim as I still have not had the joyful experience of doing one in a tri yet.

I did Nations this past weekend and I'm just hoping to be in the same time range as I was there.

Hopefully it is not nearly as windy as last year!  It was pretty brutal at times, especially for those that finished after me on the run as it picked up even more!

Last year's Make-A-Wish was my first tri ever, and since I am a fairly strong swimmer and a weak runner (though I am better than I was this time last year), I was disappointed having to do that beach run in place of the swim!

It was very windy on the bike ride bringing up the back of the pack.

But I've traded my hybrid for a roadie, so it should be a better experience all the way around.
