Subject: RE: Question on Running.I find, contrary to what a lot of people do, that I have to eat before I got out. Something small, a couple fig newtons, a small bowl of cereal, something like that. I find the biggest factor in killing my workouts is being hungry, so I avoid it. It isn't bonking, nothing close to that, just really uncomfortable and low energy, feeling sluggish. Plus, I hate having my stomach growl when I'm trying to run! |
