Subject: RE: IMCA 70.3///Training PlansI'll be using the 20 week BT HIM plan. Starting date is 11-17 for Oceanside in April. Should be good on the bike and run training, but looks like I'll have to work harder on distances in the pool. My typical swim lately has been 2000 yds, but the plan is starting with 3000 and up. Not sure I understand yet why the swim volume is so much higher than the bike/run compared to the race distance, but I'll follow the plan and train accordingly. Todd |
