I've used Spiz for 5 IM.  I think that it is great.  I've mixed it up to 1200 cals per bottle with no issues.  It does not get gross of funky tasting after sitting for 6+ hours in a bike bottle cage.  I like the chocolate much better than the vanilla.

Does it taste too sweet - I am still trying to get my arms around that many calories in such a small container.
