I train 7 days a week. I usually run 4 to 5 miles five days a week. In those 5 days i usually swim 30 to 40 minutes. On saturday and sunday i bike 60 miles and do a small run. Is this too much?

are you overly tired or do you get sick easily?  are you always sore?  are you not able to maintain the same pace during workouts?  is your resting HR higher than normal?

those are some common signs of overtraining, there are others, but if you answered yes to any of those take a couple days off.  however, if you feel fine then you are not training too much (i think).  if you are losing motivation i might suggest taking a day off every now and then, or maybe even once per week.  recovery is an important part of training and it seems like you are doing alot of 2/day workouts which sometimes makes recovery tricky - but doesnt mean it cant be done.

Nothing in your logs so hard to answer.  If you're running 5x week at a high intensity vs. 5x week easy, those are totally different things.

Lots of people train 7 days per week and just make 1 day an active recovery day.

My advice, find a plan that is a good fit for you.

There are many folks on this forum that train over twice what you do, in the OFF season.

At the same time, some new folks would get injured doing your volume.

It sounds like a very reasonable, "average-MOP" type training volume for a younger person, but again, if you're getting injured, re-evaluate.
