Subject: BIKE AFTER RACING IN THE RAIN ??
I HAVE BEEN DOING TRIS FOR 2 YEARS AND HAVE DONE 12 RACES.. A BUNCH OF SPRINTS AND OLY. DISTANCES...THIS PAST WEEKEND I DID THE QUAKERMAN PA 1/2 IRONMAN.. THE RACE WAS IN THE POURING RAIN...MY QUESTION IS WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE WITH MY BIKE SINCE I BIKED IN THE RAIN....

First you need to stop yelling.  :P

Clean your bike like you normally would.  After a couple of days, listen for water in your frame.  If there is, then take your seat post off and drain the water out.  Other than that, just lube your chain. 

I had a race where I even managed to get water inside my rims.  That was awesome!!

Was being clipped into your pedals during the swim a strategy to shave time off the first transition?  How did that work out for you?
