Subject: Unexpected Milestone!
When I started dieting and exercising in March of 2008 I set a goal of 175 lbs.  This was based on my weight in 1995 when I was first married.  Anyway, I had a suit tailored that year and still own it (no idea why).  Very nice and very expensive suit and one of my milestones was to fit in that suit again.  Well I broke it out last night just for fun and come to find out it is huge on me.  The waist on the pants is at least 2 inches to big and it was falling off of me.  I guess I have added a lot more muscle than I thought and possibly chunkier back then than I remember, lol.

My original goal weight of 175 still stands but based on how I look and feel I am thinking my optimal weight is likely closer to 160.  So as of today I am down 109 pounds with 6 to meet my original goal and likely 20 or so to hit my optimal weight.

Thank you triathlon training!
