ironmanlive.com should have video coverage of the leaders. But they always seem to have technical difficulties. Th streaming updates are fun to follow though.

I usually watch the online coverage off and on throughout the day. Especially the start of the swim, T2 and the last 30 mins to hour of marathon. I usually just leaving it streaming all day and check in whenever I'm in the room though which is sometimes hours at a time
