Subject: RE: is it possible?Of course you can, a couple of suggestions - find a training plan, a good detailed one, either here on BT or else where, having all your workouts spelled out makes it easier to train when you know what you are doing that week. - if your city has a tri club, join it, go out and train with them, pick their brains, you can learn a ton of information from veterans that could take you years to figure out on your own. - train your weakest leg the hardest.
