random question...i finally got speedlaces/yankz and used them in two tri's. love 'em and they sure save some time in T2 fo sho!   Is it ok to keep using them all the time, cos it's really a pain in the arse to put them back in.  removal is fine, regular lacing is fine, but once i have these adjusted, i just don't want to have to do it again only to take them out and go thru the whole process again.

what do you do?

(seriously, i'm really enjoying the new editing options on BT.  Thanks Ron!  )

why would you take them out? (my answer is leave them in....  I will take them out and put in new shoes when changing over, but the ones I buy are  like $3 so it's no big deal)

It takes about a week to get them set up just right. I don't even take them out when I go to a new set of shoes, just buy new ones for the new shoes. Then the shoes that get retasked to lawn mowing duty just have Yankz! in them.

Leave 'em in.  But I hope you are only using the shoes for training and racing. Only when they are ready to retire should they be used for "regular stuff".  Even then, I leave the Yankz on.
