Now that training is all on I'm struggling to make time for these, and when I do I often feel tired and like I'm not getting good quality from it. How important is it amongst my training? Thanks
I prioritize my training sessions. S/B/R is top priority; then core, stretching/yoga, weight/strength training (in that order). I never miss a S/B/R session in order to fit in the others. However, when it comes to core, I really try to make an effort to do those sessions. During the last 3 years, I have totally eliminated my back pain by doing core training. So, for me, core training is very important (I probably am not as consistent with it as I should be). |
