to Colorado Springs.  Training for the Chicago Marathon, and aleady have a great base for cylcing (just need to rebuild it).  Looking to start doing triathlons next year, and looking for training partners for running and swimming.  Will need a lot of help with swimming.  Thanks for any help in advance.

Welcome back......I am 3 months into a 12 month Afghanistan deployment and can't wait to get back into tris next season.

Check out the links below for training groups:

csstswimming.com/teams/masters.htm  -  I plan to try them when I get home.

www.inclineclub.com   This group meets in manitou springs and primary focus is for pikes peak ascent/marathon.  They may have finished there training for the season and start again in November.

There are also group runs from some of the running stores downtown, Jack Quinns, and I remember a GOTG 10 miler training group as well.

www.pprrun.org  - a great resource for running events in the springs.

Good luck

Hey, I'm from C. Springs too, but I won't be back until early Feb.  I'm looking to train for the FL Half IM in May.  Army or AF? Peterson has a great indoor pool.

Thanks for what you do!

I don't know many people in the Springs, but I do know that Ken Axford is a coach down there, he may have some ideas.
