I to forgot my helmet during practice, so for the race I put a note on my stuff reminding me to take my helmet off and not to for get my garmin on my bike. Here is something that worked for me. It's not for everyone, but I liked it. I put my garmin wrist strap, hat, gu, race belt, and running glasses in a zip lock bag (with the note on the bag ). I put on my shoes grabbed the bag and ran out. I put everything on while I was running. For my first race my T2 time was 5 min. did a complete wardrobe change. haha |
