I CAN run at some point . . . the fact is, I have been lazy building up my quads. SOOO . . . my doctor said that I am supposed to "bike my a*s off" and swimming is no problem except that I am not supposed to do the butterful or crawl really. I just e-mailed a few coaches in my area (I just moved for school ) to see when they're practices are. I really do need someone kicking my butt. I'll be honest. And, as of now . . . I don't own a bike. Haha. SO I am going to join cycling classes at the gym, etc., for now. I won't have my knee ready until spring, anyway. Sooo . . . this is my plan? I totallys should jog in the pool, though. Woohoo!!! I am going to surf the forums now. How I miss this website. Gloria |
