Subject: Suggestions for first HIM.
My apologies if this topic has been dicussed before, and I'm sure it has. I tried a search without success.

I am doing 6 tri's this year (4 sprints and 2 Olys) and next year I would like to add my first HIM. I would like to register soon so that I don't get closed out.

I would appreciate suggestions for a HIM on the east coast, one that is large (I love big races), well organized, fun, and preferably not in extreme heat and humidity.

All of these are scheduled for later in the 2009 year, September - November.

Don't know where you are but I did Spirit of Racine this year as my first half and it was great! Not HUGE, but large, alot of first timers but alot of veterans...flat course and lots of spectators.
