Subject: RE: January ChallengeI'm back! After a LONG break I'm back on the internet and back at training. My december challenge fell apart due to some family issues (Grandma passing away), and since I was in Vermont/Campbell River I had limited access to the internet. Regardless, I'm back and ready to start a January challenge (albeit late)! Since the weather in Vermont was down to -15 Fahrenheit constantly, I couldnt run, so I did 70 pushups a day while I was there (usually 35 at a time, then 35 later in the day). I've kept this going throughout this week so far, and will post in my Training log. My question now is if we have goals for points each week? I'll log my pushups (70x7 = 490 pts. + Bonus (?)). If we have goals I want to get at least 1000 pts. per week. I'm going to say that this week started on Monday (Jan. 5th) and will end on Jan. 11th. Should we just post our point total on the last day? Hope everyone is doing well and had a relaxing holiday! Derek |
