I did the MS 150 in New Bern for the first time this year.  It was my first century (two of them really).  The weather was perfect both days.  A little windy on Sunday, but not too terrible.   The event was really well run, i think there were about 2500 riders total.  Everything went pretty smooth.  I too learned that it is important to book a hotel room very early....I ended sleeping at the YMCA in New Bern.

What I meant to say was I had no room. Some of my teammates took me up on the last minute cancellation by my mom.

I went 50/30. Great weekend.

It was my 5th time riding and I love it.
