Subject: Anyone on a tri team?
If so what are your thoughts on the pros/cons.  Just finished my first full season of multisport and want to keep it going through the winter, but wouldn't mind a little more organization/companionship?

I am seriously considering the Mossman Team, especially since they train right in my back yard and sponser 3 races withing 15 mins of my house, i am in the same boat as you, and training alone sucks and i can use the motivation and prodding at times. I really don't see too many cons except that you really should do yor own clubs races and they might get in the way of others you may want to do.

Doesn't have to be a tri team. If you can find a local running group/club and a local bike club, they'll have at least a weekly run or bike that you can join in on. In fact, you might improve/learn faster by training with groups who are specialists in a discipline.

Yep i'm in heat they are a great bunch of people and they have swimming all winter long..with some other stuff worked in....
