Subject: Swimming in Middlesex County?

Hi! I'm pretty new at triathlons; I completed my first two sprints this summer.

Now that the summer pools are closed, I'm looking for someplace to swim throughout the winter -- a master's team, a tri group, anything! I live in Piscataway (Middlesex county), so I looked to join Rutgers' team but found out they no longer have one.

Does anyone know of any organized practices in the Middlesex county area? I'd settle for a good pool with available lap swim time, if necessary.

Thanks! This site is great!

The somerset Valley YMCA has a masters team, and it is not to far from Piscataway.  The Bridgewater JCC also has a Women's triathlon group that gather once a week to swim at the pool.  Of course both pools have lap swim throughout the day.

I also live in Piscataway, and I swim over in the Metuchen YMCA; they have lap swimming in the morning, and a low-key Master's swim program (Tues and Thurs evening, Sunday morning).
