Subject: Cape Henlope-Where to Stay?
It sounds like a bunch of us are racing at Cape Henlopen next weekend. Is anyone staying there Saturday night? If so, where are you staying?
I know Rick has relatives there but I don't think he'll put everyone up.
I was thinking about camping but I'm not sure if my girlfriend will go for that idea.

My wife and I are staying at the Sleep Inn in Lewes. Seems like the least astronomically expensive option, and it's relatively close to the race.

I'm staying Saturday night only at the Hotel Rehoboth, which is on Rehoboth Avenue right in Rehoboth Beach.  My plan is to drive over Saturday morning and get some beach time in (including a practice ocean swim in my wetsuit) before packet pickup in the afternoon.

I checked Sleep Inn and they are booked. I would hate to try and find a place when I get down there and find everything booked.

I like the idea of getting a swim in on Saturday.

I'm going to assume that with a tropical storm offshore this weekend that I can leave the wetsuit at home and plan on doing a duathlon this weekend.

I'm staying at my Aunt-in-law's place in Bethany as I always do when I have an Eastern Shore event.
