Swim day.  Practicing my TI drills. I'm one of those "swim 50 yards and spend 5 minutes gasping for air on the side of the pool" kind of swimmers, so I'm hopeful that TI will cure me up.  Afterwards I may squeeze in an upper body/core workout in the weight room.

4 mile run, immediately followed by 1 hour of upper body (chest & back) work.  Then BACK TO BED for a while.  Heavenly. 

Spoke to a friend today and made a pact to commit the next 6 months to training for the Little Rock Marathon.  Will be my first 26.2 and his 2nd.  We're going for sub-4:00.  I'm excited.  Woooo!!!!

If I can stick with the training for 6 solid months and hit my marathon goal, I think my reward may be a shiny new tri bike . . . leaning toward the Cervelo P2SL right now.
