About how long before your race did you:

1) Get info on when to drop off your bike? Did info come in an email and/or phone call?

2) Have to drop off your bike?

Great service I used it for IMAZ. I actually emailed and called the ownere several times. I dropped my bike off about 2 weeks before the race. I also recommend paying the extra 25 dollars to have them take your bag as well and put your wetsuit helmet and that kind of stuff in it.
