I didn't.

But, I'm not going to cry over spilled milk. Just going to drive on and meet my October goals (once I decide what they are).

You?

Yeah I did, or will. But my goal was fairly easy, finish my ironman standing up and run a total of 75 miles.

Debating over an October goal, probably just a running goal as that is what I figure will help me the most, both training wise and weight wise.

I did.  It was run focused for my first Half Marathon that I completed yesterday.

I did.  Stuck to my IM plan pretty well.  Only missed one or two workouts the entire month...  I'm on track!

I didn't really have any ..... I knew the month was full of racing, so did not train a whole lot in between.

But I am happy with my race results for the month!  2 prime sprint wins in my bike race and 13th and 7th overall in my two Tri's (that were turned into Du's) with some strong bike splits included.

Yes! I surpassed my goals. I raced 6 times, placing in my age group in 4 of them. 1 was a PR, and 5 of the races were personal bests for that race course.

I didn't have any specific goals other than be consistent, try to get two workouts a day a good percentage of the time.  I was able to manage that and am happy overall with the month.

yes, luckily my goal was completed Sept 1 by completing my first Oly. I've been rewarding myself ever since by slacking. Just last week started picking it up a little...guess its time to set some new goals.

I met my bike goal, but I don't think I am going to make my swim and run goals this month. Oh well. It will give me more to strive for in October

Looking forward to Cat's Halloween Scaredy-Cat run challenge!

I am happy to say that I met my goal for Sept. I wanted to have 3000 bike miles logged from Jan1 to Sept 27 and I logged 3003.1. I guess I am technically an overachiever.
