Solvang area rides?

I don't know about a Must Do, but there are a lot of routes that follow the Solvang Century area.

If you want a climb, go to Figueroa Mtn - you'll pass by Michael Jackson's old Neverland Ranch on this one - or just turnaround there.  Other smaller climbs include Ballard Canyon (Tour of California TT goes through here) and through Los Olivos, the ride from town up to Nojoqui falls (a bit steep, but pretty, and not that long), Foxen Canyon,

Or just meander through the countryside and asmple what the vineyards have to offer
