Subject: Back to the beginning??I am planning on doing my second half mary at the end of January, the beloved Hypothermic Half . My recent half was on Sept 21. I don' t know if I should take it easy and start at the very beginning of my training program, which calls for a long run of 7k to start and builds from there. Or should I just jump back into long runs of 15k or what?? My first half went really well and I don't have any injuries but wonder if I should be easing slowly back into it . I'm a new runner with only 16 months of running under my belt.
