Did 1 hour of aqua-jogging in the pool. My knee is busted, and I am probably out of the marathon I've been training for (my first one too ). Should have been a 5-mile run.

Well, as long as I have my swimsuit with me, I am going to try out one of these new swim workouts I learned from this forum--around 1500 meters.

If not, I am going to bike or do the elliptical at the gym. Probably both.

Some short mt.bike commute rides through the day.
Something after work, bike or run, to take advantage of the awesome weather while it lasts.

I swam this morning (about 40 mins) and then did 10 mins of deep water running, then swam 50 more yards in the pool.

Tonight is weight lifting (New Rules of Lifting for Women).
