Subject: Lair of the Bear or Run the Rocks?
2 great races this weekend, anyone doing them? I am going to try and double up and treat them as workouts.

I'll do Lair of the Bear, if any.  Haven't been running in quite a while, but I love trails.  Sounds like we may be running in snow....

doing run the rocks. I did it last year and it was jsut 1 mile straight up. This year it is a 5K 2 miles down and then the mile up!  Last year the weather was cold rain snow miX!  I guess this year it could be sort a yuckie too!  I am a big suporter of running events put on by the lung association. ANother great one they do is climb the republic building later in the year. It is a serious stair climb but a great  event and food afterwords

 I emailed this lady: [email protected] because she is listed as the contact for the event, but I have yet to hear back from her.

Susan says you can register at the little white church in Idedale the morning of.
