Subject: Quick question.....lolI have just moved to the city, im 19, found a job, and im looking forward to buying a new tri bike n wetzoot!! (cervelo p2c or p2sl, or quintana lucero lite) On the other hand....nutrition is going to be a big factor as i continue my training through winter. Just got back from the grocery store i was hired at, and i was looking at the baby food. for 31 cents a jar you get 26g carbohydrates....and a frikin huge selection of flavours. Good amount of b vitamins, and decent levels of sugar. Im wondering if there is anything in baby food that would harm a full grown person? Is it ok to replace energy gels and powerbars, and maybe morning snack with this awesome, cheap alternative!! Although i doubt it because nutrition at such a young age is very important...but uh yeah will anything hurt my stomach? drain or raise certain levels in my body?...or is this the best idea you have ever heard for a financially hurtin triathlete!!? p.s, chocolate milk rocks |
