Subject: Help...where do I start?This whole forum thing is new to me and I'm kind of at a loss as to where to start. I am just beginning the whole Tri journey and am hoping to get into shape in the process. I have an 8 month old babydoll and while I'm fitting in my pre pregnancy clothes, my body is just so out of shape compared to what it used to be. I can't blame pregnancy...I ate whatever sounded (more like smelled) good at the time which was usually fried (I know ~ odd, right?!) and quit working out 'cuz I was sick non stop for the first 4 months then never got back on the band wagon, so to speak. Anyway, as I babble on and on, here I am hoping to find someone/a group to help me. I do so much better when I have to "report" to someone but just don't want to pay a personal trainer to put me on a scale each week!  |
