Subject: Ironman Quelle Roth Germany
Hi, I was wondering has anyone any experience with challenge Roth in Germany.  Its a non "ironman" sanctioned event. Whats the course , organisation, etc like.  Im looking to do my first ironman, it might be a better event than nice, as it will be less hilly and less hot!

It's one of the largest, most popular, and well supported races out there and brings out the top pros all the time (mainly because it gives really fast times which many have since questioned the accuracy of the course).  I think as far as total package it is supposedly right up there with the IM world championship.

Having done neither I couldn't say ....... just relating what I've heard.
