Subject: At home Circuit, what are you doing?

Hello all,

 I'm looking for an at home Circuit I can do after runs or rides 3-4x per week. Nothing with heavy weights, more of body weight with a few workouts that have 5-15 lb weights. So my question is what are you guys doing??? I was thinking of some ab workouts then incoporating a stability ball for pushups and other things.

That's the abs I'm doing right now, but would like to use some light weights for injury prevention and vanity, haha. So let me know what you've got.

I mostly do arm curls, low weight and a lot of reps.  Usually in sets of 2-3 during the week, but that can go north of 6 on weekends.  Especially if Penn State is playing late.

Scott, how many reps are you talk? And at what weight? Looking for as many details as possible. Below is what I was thinking

abs, pull-ups, pushups with legs on ball, curl and press, some lunges or squats, more abs.

Oh, 12-16 ounces.  Sometimes heavier, but it depends on the size glass the bar is using, I suppose.

 In all seriousness, there's a weightlifting forum here, and you will most likely get a better response there.
