There is a big group of us in Lafayette doing this race. It will many of ours first Oly too. I've heard good and bad things about this race. There is a new Tri Club in Tippecanoe County and a few of the Purdue Tri Club officers come to our functions. We've been assured that the Purdue Tri Club is really excited about putting on a top-notch race.We'll see! Historically, it has been wet-suit legal. Hope to see you there!

I had planned on being done after doing the oly at Tri Indy this year, but I'v maintained my fitness and now have the bug to get one more in so I'm considering doing this race next weekend.

Tri Indy was my first oly, and the swim was a cake walk in the canal, not sure how I'll do in oly distance swim in OW. Thats my only concern with signing up for this one.

Anybody else from the Indy area heading up for this one?
