So I was really excited about the wetsuit deal, and ordered one on the last day of the sale. It just came today, and when I took it out of the box I noticed the seam was ripped on the arm:

I looked on their web site about warranty returns, and it looks like I'll have to pay to send it back to them. I've emailed them about it, but has anyone else had similar problems? At least now we know why some were on sale.. heh..

I'm mostly just venting, cause I went from super excited to super disappointed in about 30 seconds.  :-/

Xterra is really good about things like this. I am certain they will make it up to you one way or another. Their customer service is simply awesome.

Thankfully no race until mid october, so I was doing well to order it early. I'll def post what their customer service response is. I think that will really tell what kind of company they are (either really good, or really annoying).

And on the plus side, i won't be tempted to try it out in the 85-degree water in lake oconee this weekend.

I just got mine yesterday, didn't notice any issues with it.  Shipped quickly, got to me quickly, seemed in good shape, just wish there as a middle-ground between Small and Medium sizes, I'm on the cusp between them and feel I could use something tighter than a medium, but not quite to the point of a small.... oh well though, for $100 who can really complain that much.

Well that was fast - they're sending me a free return label. So I'm pretty satisfied.

It's said patience is a virtue. I don't disagree, but damn how I hate waiting for tri-toys!

That is better then mine. I put my on for the first time in the house and put a finger nail rip in it. Oh well nothing a little wets suit cement can't fix.

Glad to hear they took care of you.

I got mine and I raced with it last weekend. Loved it and could not be happier with my deal

I'm not surprised that they are taking care of you.  When I had a problem I was a little shocked by how nice and helpful they were.
