do the 100 runs in 100 days challenge last year.
The key for me is that not every day is running long. I would
structure it like:
Long, rest, short, medium, short, medium, short
When I did the 100/100 it was a lot of "short, short, short, short"
but I still saw huge improvements.
BUT, and it's a big BUT, we all know our own bodies best. If your
body can't do that, you would know better than I.
I just know I'd like to get in running 4 days a week training for a HIM.
I also want 3 bike, 3 swims. So I just run out of days and I have to double
up activities. I just don't know how you would wedge in long running
into that plan for a mary.
