Subject: RE: Online Coaching?Since you are already a gold member here, your best bet might be following D3 plans (off-season over the winter and then into a HIM plan) and taking advantage of training support forum. While you are following a pre-packaged plan, you get access to coaches who know the plans and can guide you through the training process.
There are also coaches who offer an annual training plan and/or consultation option that may work for you, however if your program is being delivered for the entire in one shot, you are basically just getting a pre-packaged plan.
The real advantage to hiring a coach is that you have someone who reviews your training regularly as well as providing feedback, guidance and adjustment as required. Even though you may not be contacting the coach on a regular basis with questions, they would still be going through your training and developing the next week based on how your previous workouts have been going. Further, you should be able to fire off an email (or call) your coach when something unexpected comes up and have your program adjusted so that it fits with your schedule.
Good luck in your search!
