Subject: RE: clothing for training?I agree with the tri shorts comment. As far as cotton anything, in the heat, it holds the sweat, and sticks to your skin. In the cold, it holds the sweat and makes you colder. I would invest in a few tech shirts, and running shorts. In my experience (been running for a long time ) the expensive and shorts are just as good as the Champion/C9 stuff you can get at Target or Marshalls, just half the price! PS, for winter, try to dress in layers, so if you get hot you can just remove 1 layer. |
